All of our products are under a 30-day warranty. Although we believe that everything we offer is high-quality, we cannot deny the fact that unfortunate events do happen. When it does, we do not want our customers to draw the short end of the stick, which is why we offer a 30-day warranty.

This warranty can either be in the form of an exchange, a return or refund. Those who opt for a replacement should know that there are specific qualifications. The first one is that the item to be returned must not show signs of serious usage, damage, wear or tear. It must still have its price tag and original packaging. Additionally, items on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds but can be exchanged.

If your item does not have any of the exceptions above, then you will surely have no issues returning it. Moreover, returning the product to us is very easy. On the other hand, if you opt to get a refund, you can equally contact our Customer Care Representatives to know if your item qualifies. If it does, expect that your refund will be credited to your account in 1-3 business days. However, it may take a little more time depending on your bank's processing speed or time-frame.
